There is quite the ongoing battle between winter and spring as spring comes to bring 70s and 80s and some humidity at times but then winter shows up with snow for some. We are certainly in a bi-polar pattern and winter won’t be completely over until the middle of April, at least for areas south of the Upper Midwest.
